  Used to be one of my favorites. Would have given it four or five stars in the past.
  
  Today my boyfriend and I were grabbing brunch before his work. After getting our table and coffee it was probably 10 min before someone took our order. After ordering our waiter came back 10 min later to let us know the kitchen was on break and the wait would be a bit more. We waited a total of 40 min to get out food after sitting. The side portions are half what they used to be. I was still hungry when we left and the plates here used to be so filling.
  
  I have NEVER been somewhere that shutdowns with customers waiting like that. How are breaks not taken in shifts? How does the entire kitchen shutdown at 11:30 at a brunch place? Why do they sit customers right before they stop serving food?
  
  We liked Harbor. We've been multiple times, but were both pissed. My boyfriend was late to work and including the time it took to get a table we were there for an hour and forty-five minutes (only took 15-20 to eat).
  
  If we knew before hand we just would have gone somewhere else. Probably never going back.
